I talked to a nice lady named Dana who didn't make me feel stupid for being from Alberta. I'll be back without a doubt.

Went to the Tamarack Mall location and dealt with a nice young man for the cancellation. Through no fault of his we received 2 of the refunds but the third was taking a little longer. I contacted Dana Shannon and asked her to follow up for me - she was happy to look into things and got my refund moving quickly - always with a smile. Thanks Dana - you rock -

I love that the girls there make sure that you are always on top of all renewals and make getting things done easy. I deal a lot with Leah this last few years and I really enjoy her attention to detail. All the staff is amazing. I am grateful for their knowledge and expertise.

I try to go in when Nancy Rogers is working because of her experience and pleasant personality. Nancy is very thorough and makes sure you are correctly insured. This is very important to me because I do not want to be under or over insured. Nancy explains everything carefully and makes the experience very positive. All the staff is excellent there!

I always deal with Western Financial in Cranbrook for my vehicles, home, and our rental condo insurance. It is great to have such amazing people helping you that know your name when you walk in the door, Adele at the front desk is that person. Always awesome, friendly service with the small town feel. While there we were given tickets to attend the Celtic Tenors. It was an AMAZING evening! Great job done by the lads, we will definitely go see them again.
