★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this a negative rating if I could! I went here to ask about a problem with my dead battery I suspected originated with the alternator. The older man working here was so rude! He told me I was an idiot and that my car could run without an alternator. I took it to another autobody shop in Squamish and they replaced my (get this) alternator!! Women, do not go here, he will demean you and he doesn't even know what he's talking about!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even one star. Absolutely the worst customer service and experience. They charged me for the work, but did not order the right parts. They did a half job, and charged me full price. Then they told me (when presenting the bill) that I would need to come back to have their mistake fixed for extra charge. They say they make mistakes every day and this happens all the time. Do not ever go there.

Charged unnecessarily for things, screwed up the initial job, were rude about it and wanted me to pay for the loaner car when the extra days needed were due to their screw up. Who pays for a loaner car, anyway? And $25 a day? Whatever. These guys are corner cutters and angle-seekers. DO NOT use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend it at all. They are not trying to make people happy by repairing their cars. It would be fine if you fix the dent of a cheap car, But your precious luxury car should not go here. There is a possibility that the car will be repaired, but the possibility that you will be happy is quite low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my vehicle after a collision. I was asking questions about the repair work he was going to do, and he then became uncomfortable and told me to take it elsewhere. All I wanted to know was if he was replacing the panel or patching it. I didn't care about the outcome, but was curious for my own sake since it was a new vehicle. He kept insisting to take it elsewhere. So I did, and had a much better and friendlier experience elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. went in to get my truck fixed after someone rear ended me. They had a quote for me in a few days, and fixed all my dented panels in under 48 hrs. Looks good as new.
They also have loaner cars equipped with good snow tires, which made coming down from Whistler way better.
Awesome to see the dad training the son to get into the family business!
Definitley an old school family atmosphere to this nostalgic shop.
They are also super friendly to help me with other things when I need to come by the shop with a question.
Will visit again ?
