Now... my 'assigned' broker is a gentleman 250km away . Communication is a big issue. I cant even get a hold of management to try and have issues resolved. 3 hours on the phone trying to speak with a manager. With no success. Employee's purposely try to avoid putting you through to management or supervisors. DO NOT USE THIS BROKERAGE
