g	gerardo tremont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT HIRE THESE BROKERS!, me and my wife had our car insured with them, we moved from Waterloo to Toronto, when we told them the new address they increase our insurance from 2000 dollars a year to 6800 dollars a year. We are talking about a 2010 hyundai car, no tickets, no car crash both of us with complete clean records and only for switching address they increase more than triple. with no reason!. We checked other 5 insurance companies for quotes and none pass the 2100 dollars per year, even in the new Toronto address, with better plans than this company. If that wasn't enough, we told them the change of address on the 8th of the month and they forced us to pay them 450 dollars for the rest of the month with the excuse that the new address increased the insurance immediately, so basically they increase 3 times our insurance cost with no reason!, and on top of that they forced us to pay for their illogical quote. After checking several insurance companies quotes, the value of the car according to the blue book, the average of insurance cost in Toronto, there is no logical explanation to such increase. Basically they are forcing us to pay for insurance in one year more than what the car costed less than a year ago when we bought it. I repeat DO NOT GO WITH THESE BROKERS!

His professionalism and knowledge of the insurance business is of a high standard. I would not hold back at all having to refer him to anyone looking for home and auto insurance. He has come through with the clients i have sent him.

He also left money on the table when he advised me that my best option wouldn't be to switch over all of my insurance, so I appreciated the honesty and now I know he's a trustworthy consult!
M	Marcel Cabral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was very grateful they were able to find me insurance after I had a careless driving conviction... it was expensive but I had some difficulty getting insurance at all... after 6 years I called to review my still ver expensive insurance... now it actually went up even more due to 2 minor convictions... they informed me that that was the the best... being a broker I figured they called several insurance companies and I wasn't going to find a cheaper insurance... 5 min after that call I was able to get insured with another top tier insurance company exact same coverage and knowledge of my driving record for 1300 dollars less.. my insurance was 2600 per year...I was very upset as I thought a broker would do their job and find me better insurance coverage then I could do on my first attempt calling one company... for the record I called their main number and not a specific office... But I wouldn't recommend them or if you have insurance with them do their job and call around and see if you can get a better deal
