★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the past of this company and its reputation in construction of business / commercial buildings, but when it comes to residential buildings, they are a huge failure! Terrible quality finishings, tiles poorly sealed, water leaks, low quality home appliances. And when, for instance, the poorly sealed tiles cause water infiltration and damage, and we reach them, they say it was due to "wear and tear"...seriously, in a two years condo? This is ridiculous! Please, do yourself a favor, and stay away from these predators! Do not buy any residential 'whatever' they construct, cause if you do, be certain about losses and headaches.
