I've dealt with a lot of companies in the past and they are hands down the best in the West Island. Thank you guys for the good work.

We don’t have a before picture to do justice to their work but in short, the stairs were crumbling, there were several overgrown bushes, a too-small driveway and two dead trees. With adequate city permits and all, this was all transformed within a month. We were very pleased with the results and how quickly it was all done.

They planted, designed the garden, landscaping, unistone , coordinated the sprinkler system,, backyard lighting, masonry work and beautiful grass They started earlier than planned and finished just time for us to enjoy the summer, in our new backyard! When we decided to change a few details to our original plan, there was no problem and DLC was very accommodating. Thank you DLC we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend your services. Dexter always listen to you and provide the right solutions. Matt and his team always handle the customer's project as working on their own house. At the beginning of my project I was so worrying as there were many details, paving, concrete, flower bed and much more, but as the project went on, each of DLC team delivered good job, Dexter and Matt did all necessary adjustments to keep the project smooth. I'm glad to have DLC finished my backyard. You can see how the backyard was transformed.

All the crews were pleasant to deal with. Every time I called them with a question they answered or called me back within 10 minutes, I never had to chase them around. It was an extremely pleasant experience start to finish and the work was impeccable. Look at the pictures before and after, they did incredible work, would highly recommend!

They send e-mails detailing when they intend to start clearer the snow, when they will come back for the second round etc.. We also get a text a few minutes before the truck gets there so we don't have to keep our cars in the snow and get snowed in by the city trucks. I will definitely be a customer of theirs for next winter. The only thing, their IT system doesn't allow to have two e-mail addresses or cell phone numbers per address. If I'm at work and my husband is home, I don't always check my phone to get the notice the truck is close and vice versa with my husband. If it was snowing I would always check. it's not their fault, it's the software. Would be nice though. Thank you DLC Snowteam for making the storms easier to manage :-) happy customers
