★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un toit permanent? Pensez-y bien. Ces compagnies vous offrent un toit garantie 50 ans, mais qui vous dit que ces compagnies seront en affaire dans 25 ans? Pour une garantie ou un entretien de la toiture (car n'importe quelle toiture a besoin d'entretien au fil du temps: joint d'étanchéité, solins, etc.) vous êtes laissé à vous même, car elles sont rares les compagnies qui veulent toucher à ça. J'ai une toiture permanente qui a 25 ans et la compagnie a été racheté par Les toits permanents du Québec il y a quelques années. Maintenant ils se foutent complètement d'offrir un service d'entretien. Ce n'est pas assez payant pour eux ou je ne sais trop. Le pire c'est qu'ils font des promesses de passer et ils ne viennent jamais, aucun retour d'appels et ce même s'ils disent qu'ils vont te charger 400$ pour le déplacement. Ça fait plus d'un an que je cous après eux, maintenant j'essaie de trouver une autre solution...
A permanent roof? Think about it. These companies give you a 50 year roof warranty, but who tells you that these companies will be in business in 25 years? For a warranty or maintenance of the roof (because any roof needs maintenance over time: seal, flashing, etc.) you are left to yourself, because there are few companies that want to touch on that. I have a permanent roof that is 25 years old and the company was bought by Les Toits Permanents du Québec a few years ago. Now they don't give a damn about offering maintenance service. It is not paying enough for them or I do not know too much. The worst part is that they make promises to pass and they never come, no return calls even if they say they will charge you $ 400 for the trip. I've been after them for over a year, now I'm trying to find another solution ...

Ils ont endommagé la maison lors de l'installation et maintenant refuse de venir corriger ce qu'ils ont brisé. Mauvais service après vente. On doit courir et courir toujours après eux. Tenez vous loin d'eux
We did business with them for our roof, the seller did everything to sign, we regret now bitterly. They damaged the house during the installation and now refuse to come correct what they broke. Bad after sales service. We must run and run after them. Stay away from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst roof company that I have dealt with over the past 20 years. There is no service provided by this company. I have my roof installed for a couple years and there were some issues with the roof. I have been trying to contact them on numerous occasions and they promised to call me back. For one year now, there was no one calling back. If they did it fell into deaf ear. Once they installed the roof, you can never get them back. It's terrible service. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOF. NO WAY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PIECE OF MIND. 50 YEARS GUARANTY IS A FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THEY CANNOT EVEN PROVIDE SERVICE AFTER FEW YEARS!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
