Broadway isn't necessarily the least expensive company, but they are incredibly responsive (especially their customer support/sales specialist Shannon) and are always willing to work together to find solutions. On a few occasions, mistakes were made as is to be expected, but they have always been willing to correct them which is more or less all anyone can ask for when dealing with tens of thousands of dollars of billings every year. I recommend them to most clients when they are looking for a new HVAC firm. Always happy to work with them!

So when I did washing after the left. And when I came back to my basement to dry the clothes. My basement was FLOODED I told customer service and she asked the guys and they said they didn't do it. And gave me some poor excuse saying I move my washer prior to their visit. But I didn't. So now they are telling me its my fault they flooded my basement. This company needs to take accountability for they workers. They should send a crew to my house and dry the floors up with heaters and fan. DO NOT HIRE this company. They might flood ur baseent too and say it's your fault.

Other companies took a look and said they weren't interested as it was a complicated system and it wasn't as simple as changing out a part and sending the bill. Broadway spent many days onsite troubleshooting along side of our personnel. There were multiple failed components and a few mis-adjusted items that were taken care of and eventually we found the root problem. Our new HVAC now works properly after 3 years on the roof.

I was really worried in view of the pending handover of my apartment to the buyer. When approaching the concierge, I was given a contact at Broadway Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Co. Ltd. The staff member was very quick in responding to my email and I was directed to Shanon, the friendly and diplomatic Service Coordinator, who helped to set up an appointment for the technician’s visit the very next day. Ian, the tech guy, arrived early and worked like a whiz as he identified and fixed the issue within seconds which was really amazing! If you are looking for great technical expertise and customer service, Broadway is indeed a sensible choice!

Technical staff are knowledgeable but when it comes to getting a quotation it doesn't matter how many times I asked for it, the sales representative will either ignore, say they were on vacation (with no out of office response), or defer to other people. Would not recommend.

Upon arrival the technician was extremely thorough with the troubleshooting process and, as a result, saved my family from exposure to dangerously high carbon monoxide levels (thank you!). The problem was identified quickly and a new furnace installed in a timely manner. The installation was clean and professional (as were the technicians). Excellent value, which is hard to come by these days. Very pleased with the result and would recommend 100%. Thank you Broadway!
