My experience in dealing with this electronics repair business has been exceptionally professional, and prompt. They were able to repair an out of warranty, faulty 8x8 matrix video unit operating video walls. Spoke to the senior tech "Kent" said he would have to charge me an upfront diagnostic fee which is reasonable. Given the high price of this unit alone, I dropped it off within a couple hours. Within one day he called back to report good news that he would be able to make the necessary repairs and also upgrade the components to make it last longer. In the end total bill was a few hundred dollars versus the replacement cost for a new unit which would have been almost $6000CA!!! Thank you Kent! Our videowall is back in business. Highly recommended and would come back again for other electronics repairs

I purchased a Samsung TV from Costco. After 11 months the TV developed a black vertical line on the screen. I contacted Samsung and they arranged for Audio Video Electronics to come repair the TV. The technician that arrived (I think his name was Tony) was very professional and only took about 30 minutes to replace the panel. This repair work carries a 3 month warranty from Audio Video Electronics. One month later the TV develops a worse problem. Sometimes a horizontal line will flash on the screen and the top 1/3 of the image will be duplicated and ghosted over the bottom 1/3. See the uploaded photo. I have tried contacting Audio Video Electronics since October (it is now December) and they will not respond to me. The initial service was great but the warranty work for their own repairs is non-existent.

My Friend or dad could not make more than Kent & Natalya made for me. Kent not only fixed my old, but still good Samsung TV, he also made some changes inside one so the TV shows much better now! Thank you so much guys, and God bless you!

I had one Nad amplifier in protection mode, one of my friend suggested to go there so they can repair it, i went there and i paid 80$, they told me 2 months to see it and another probably month for the parts and repair, i said ok no problem, the kept my amplifier 9 months, they said needs that part and need 4 weeks and after it wasn’t that part another 6 weeks and after they told me needs new main board and that part discontinued, anyways after 9 months they told me my amplifier is not repairable, i was so mad!!! After i went to another store and they fixed it in 3 months. These guys they don’t know, they don’t have any idea, don’t go there!Maybe they have to find better technicians!The repair team is useless!

Lady at the reception is friendly and helpful but that’s where the positive experience ended. Informed the store owner (Ken) on two occasions that I tested positive for covid and that I was therefore unable to pick up the TV. When I went yo pick up the TV on the previously agreed on date he told me he had already gotten rid of the TV because I didn’t show up. Eventually he β€œfound” the TV, without the attached stand that came with the TV and the remote. When I asked for both items the owner started yelling that these items were never there and that he was not gonna give me anything because they were not on the receipt. Other staff members at the reception were trying to tell the owner to calm down. He told me I was the worst customer he had ever seen simply because I asked the items that I dropped off for the repair back. Owner left and came back with the remote and tv stand, according to him from his personal tv. Owner then started questioning himself and asked his staff if they remembered anything from the date I dropped off. I reminded the staff how the TV was standing on the counter when I dropped it off. Judging by the number of 1 star reviews this place has I am clearly not the only one who had a bad experience here. Surprised Samsung does business with a place like this!

This company was recommended by Samsung for a warranty repair. Tried to get a quotation to replace a fridge door for over 1 month and the entire costs was going to be paid by my insurance. At the last minute they said they wouldn't provide a quote and said I needed to pre-pay. What a joke of a company who wont provide a quote for the work they are proposing. I recommend you find someone else.

This company was the anointed service provider for a warranty issue I had and I would strongly encourage folks to consider another provider if you have the choice. Took nearly 2 months from contacting them to them getting to my TV, now I am in the middle of trying to get my TV and it looks very unlikely it will be anytime soon. Very unreliable in giving any indication of when things may happen, they will call you a day before. So you might wait 3 weeks and then given 1 days notice to be ready for them to take away your TV, then wait another X weeks for them to return it.
