D	Dog Cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent music school. Our family has been studing here for the past three years. The teachers and staff are great. I would recommend this school to anyone.
e	em erald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enrolled my daughter to a voice lesson earlier this year. The voice instructor was indeed awesome! My daughter liked her. It was the staff at the reception and the words of the Principal that made me pull her out from this school. For a mother who makes her schedule work around her job, daughter's school, swimming and the voice lesson, it was disappointing to hear these words from the Principal "We are tired of your schedule. If you have so much trouble with the schedule maybe this isn't the place for your daughter to go to!" A few seconds later, the principal wishes to take back all these words. I repeated every since word that came out of his mouth and as expected the principal claimed that he never said those words to me. I believe that just like any other place or situation, everything can be resolved. I never demanded on anything. Since my daughter was a late registrant, I always understood that she may not be able to go to the voice and piano lesson that works better for our schedule. However, the receptionist was too accommodating ... before I paid the registration fee. Unfortunately, after I paid it, her words of encouragement were not as it seemed. The understanding that we have that my daughter will take the 4:00 PM spot for a certain time and then 4:30 PM afterwards was just forgotten. It may be a good and popular school but it certainly lack manners and good conduct from 2 of the staff at least.

The judges were excellent and there was great feedback in the form of a workshop. I understand why so many teachers in the city of Vancouver and surrounding cities have their students participate in this event.

My teacher is understanding and has extensive knowledge on how to play the violin. Not only will the teachers tell you what you are dong wrong, but they will also help you to fix it. Thanks to her, I'm really enjoying my lessons.

Their recitals, festivals, and other performing opportunities truly gave me the experience needed to continue my study of music at the University of British Columbia. My teacher, Susan Ouyang, as well as the entire BCCM staff are kind, supportive, and determined to help every student achieve their musical goals. I am extremely grateful to have studied music here.

Well organized, facilities are excellent, teachers are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It has been our experience that the focus is on music education, in our case violin and piano, and personal growth. Students are expected to have all homework assignments completed and practice regularly. This school is a great place to learn.
