Rob has been the best contractor we have worked with. And we have had a few terrible experiences. He was attentive our requests and worked hard to ensure that we were satisfied, often times going the extra mile. I’m so glad my friend Linda recommended him. He did a complete makeover of our kitchen and master bath. We are so happy with his work. He is our contractor for life :)

Rob from ‘Brit Renovation’ completed two full Bathroom & Laundry renovation project. Professional quotation & contract copy were provided with detailed project work scope. Project was handled in a professional & timely manner from start to end. Rob has a team of highly skilled tradesmen with immense years of experience & professionalism. Before the start of the project, floors & walls were protected with plastic sheet, paper & vacuumed everyday before leaving the project site. Rob is very professional, polite, confident in knowledge, friendly, hardworking & experienced contractor. I had worked with many contractors, but I found Rob far superior in knowledge & his experience. What makes him different from rest is his “Client Satisfaction First” approach which is hard to find in the renovation industry. I found this at countless time during this project, some of e.g. – His team installed flex shower base which I didn’t like & he happily replaced with concrete base, installation of recessed medicine cabinet he had to redo for height adjust when I didn’t like height from vanity top– HVAC for bathroom, wall to wall vanity installation, tilling work for ceiling, shower glass door installation, laundry vent, changing exhaust fan and many more examples. I am very impressed with the plumbing work done by plumber Mauricio, very experienced, did work as per building construction code, especially thankful to him for ‘Bidet’ installation with hot & cold-water control. Plumbing was very critical for this project & Mauricio handled it very well & did outstanding plumbing work. All work was done as per code, professional & timely manner with superior custom level finishing & attention to details. Floor, Wall, ceiling tiling were done with minimal grout line & with excellent finishing. Rob also addressed some of the issues with a smile & high level of professionalism which came after the completion of work. Considering my experience with Rob from Brit renovation, I would always recommend him to anyone. Thanks, Rob & team for your marvelous work done on this project. We bought a home last year and had Brit Renovations work on several projects including: a full finished basement with a bathroom, a new kitchen, mud room, new flooring throughout the first floor, a newly constructed laundry room and renovated bathroom on the second floor. Rob is a knowledgeable contractor and put us at ease immediately, answering any questions we had. During the renovation the house presented some unforeseen issues (plumbing, electrical, structural) and Rob was able to advise us and give us different solutions to consider. His patience and guidance made a potentially stressful time much easier. Rob and his team did not consider the job complete until we were fully satisfied, and the finished result was evidence of their professionalism and workmanship. Our 3 young kids are enjoying our Brit-renovated home, and we are looking forward to having Rob’s team back for our next project.

I contacted Brit renovations, based on a referral I got. I spoke to Rob about getting an estimate for main floor tiling, upstairs hardwood floor replacing carpet, and main to upper floor stairs remodel. He agreed to come on Sunday March 13th at 10:00am to review and provide an estimate. By 11:00am he had not shown up and did not contact me to tell me what's happening/that he would be late/or anything. I texted Rob, called him and left a message, and so far, up to today, Tuesday March 15th, he has not contacted me. Rude and unprofessional.

Brit Renovations - Fantastic Experience - They truly live up to their motto of "Quality & Integrity" My wife and I knew that living through a renovation with a young family would be a challenging task. That's why when we were looking for a contractor to renovate our bathrooms and mudroom, we looked for one who would work efficiently with great quality and would put our family's needs first. In the end we chose to go with Rob and the team at Brit Renovations and frankly, we couldn't have made a better choice. Rob and his team were present everyday (including weekends), following ALL safety protocols, working to complete the project as quickly as possible. However, working efficiently did not mean that they compromised the quality of their work. If something wasn't right, it would be made right, most of the time the next day. In the end Brit Renovations finished the project on time and on budget. Without question, we know exactly who we will be turning to for our next project! We had hired Rob from Brit Renovations for our Bathroom remodeling/fixing. The team was great and professional to work with. Rob had provided some great recommendations along the way. Project took longer than projected due to supple chain issues, however, it turned out well in the end.

We just finished our second renovation with Brit Renovations and we are beyond thrilled with the results once again. Rob and his team go above and beyond to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner and at the highest quality. Rob is detail oriented, honest, and always provides fantastic communication (constantly providing updates and keeping us informed). Although living through renovations can be stressful (especially during a pandemic!), he manages to help you feel calm and confident during the entire process. He and his team have been a joy to work with. My husband and I have said numerous times, the best choice we made in our Reno process was to choose Brit Reno. We can’t wait to bring them back for another Reno in the future!

We had our home transformed by Rob and his wonderful team at Brit Renovations! Our home is now beautiful, bright and modern. The team is very hard working, honest polite and delightful. I can't remember how many times I heard "our goal is to make you happy". The final result is more l than I expected and it was done for what we agreed on, no hidden costs, just great work.
