They did have some delays with my project but Marcus was ill and can absolutely understand the complications of day with that. My kitchen cabinets and stairs look like we bought brand new and I am confident with their warranty. Thank you!

Marcus was sometimes hard to reach but they’re a small business and are very busy but I can see why! Very communicative, honest and very detailed when it came to walking us through the process what they use and what to expect. The cabinets look amazing actually. I was skeptical at first with painting cabinets but I can clearly see that this is a specialty and this company does it very well. We recommend Kaza to friends all the time and will consider them for more work down the line.

Jasmine very pleasant.. someone else who pays attention to detail. She dismantled reinstalled the cupboard doors..sanded and painted remaining boxes. Many hours of hard work. Marcus and his team were a pleasure to work with.
A	Andrea Laws on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't walk....RUN from this company! We used Kaza to refinish our cabinets in April of 2021. I was impressed at first by Marcus and his pricing, but quickly realized you get what you pay for. He brought in his "tear down" girl, who qui9ckly took off all the cabinets, then left a huge mess when done. I messaged Marcus to let him know with pics and he apologized as he is still training her. Once the cabinets were installed, we quickly has many chips and cracking within the first week. Marcus came back to fix what be blamed to be our cabinets problem, but after 3 or 4 times with the same problem, we realized the sanding was the problem, or lack of, which was why the paint was cracking. When Marcus came for our original meeting and quote, he told me that there was a 15 year warranty and included 1 touch up, which he said we could do after replacing the floors in the kitchen. I have since called and texted Marcus with no response asking for the touch up. I finally called from a different number and he answered. He seemed surprised to hear from me, as I am sure he had blocked my number, not to respond to any calls or emails. He was very aggressive on the phone telling me to message him pics of what needs to be fixed. Of course, no response. I work with a lot of trade workers in my industry, and Marcus (Kaza) has the worst customer service possible. I would not recommend giving them even a chance, as he takes your money then disappear. Zero warranty. Worth the extra money to go with a reputable company that follows through with their work/guarantee.

Our refaced cabinets look fantastic and the custom finish and finishes were absolutely amazing!!!. From our initial consult to working with the owner and staff, everyone has been super helful, thorough and quick to adapt to our hanging needs.. Their knowledge and understanding of the product was great. adjust and adapt to my ever changing needs. Marcus was very thorough and the finish on the cupboards is excellent - very hard and smooth. It looks and feels like brand new cupboards. There were a few spots of paint on the floor which were completely gone by the time the job was done. I'm excited every time I see my beautifully renovated bathroom!
