★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the very beginning of our experience with POSCHE Design & Build, the communication was great! Our initial contact was via emails but once the home renovation started we were in regular contact with our Project Manager. It was very reassuring to know he was there to answer any of our questions or address our concerns. When issues came up during demolition, as they are bound to, our Project Manager worked hard with us to find the best cost-effective solution and made sure we were promptly updated with any changes.
We were also impressed with the quality of work. From the designer who worked hard with us to create a beautiful vision within a complicated space, to the trades who turned that vision into a reality. They were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with us. They all took the time to answer our questions and discuss the work they were completing. We always felt fully informed and never felt we were being disruptive. They were also all great at brainstorming with us and the Project Manager when problems arose. Our Project Manager was great at having all the trades scheduled to come and do their work. Our project was completed beautifully and on time! Thank you POSCHE Design & Build!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never do business with this company due to their shady marketing practices they are involved in.
I keep getting spam emails from BRIKS Design-Build Group who is a contractor for albas list / icons reno. When I called them to stop, the lady gave attitude and offered her solution which was to block their email. That's sort of difficult to do when you keep changing your emails. ??♂️ There is no unsubscribe button and they don't care to follow laws. If you're going to do business and pull shady marketing manuevers like this, how can you be trusted as a design and build group?
Since the incompetent business lady who runs albas list is going to continue breaking the anti-spam laws, putting the pressure on to the contractors who work for her will possibly make her rethink how she approaches things. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POSCHE. Design & Build did a great job, totally remodeling my kitchen and home cabinetry. They were able to work well with the constraints of my space. They brought some great-looking samples for me to choose from and made excellent choices on elements that I deferred to their in-house designer. Their custom designed cabinetry work is truly masterpiece. Just a phenomenal team to work with. Highly recommend POSCHE. Design & Build for all general contractor and remodeling renovations for all homeowners.

The team at Briks was professional, knowledgeable, and always smiling and polite. We appreciated their extremely hard work to get us back into our home within the 6 month time frame originally promised to us.
One of the things that sets Briks Design-Build Group apart from others is their care and concern for delivering an excellent result to their clients. Caring builders are hard to find, so I feel very lucky that we found Briks Design-Build Group. When it came to completing our new staircase we could not afford the cost of putting in the glass wall that we really wanted. The team at Briks stepped up and told us they found a way to make it happen for us, without charging extra. We were absolutely delighted and our finished staircase is absolutely gorgeous.
Briks Design-Build Group took our old house that was falling apart and turned it into a modern showcase. We couldn't be happier.

After doing some research and reading all their reviews, we decided to give them a call. We met with the team and explained what we wanted to do. They took the time to listen, we discussed different options, and within days we had a signed contract. BRIKS turned our vision into a reality. Taking a small kitchen, small dining room and an unused formal living room and turned it into our dream open concept kitchen/dining room. From the initial consultation until the final visit, and everything along the way, was truly a positive experience. They take pride in their workmanship and it shows in the end result. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. If there is any additional remodeling in our future, we’ll be calling BRIKS!
