★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired KBK Architects to create a new residential subdivision on our lot and had them take over the process from beginning to start of construction. Architect Kyle was very proactive and was always available to take calls and answer questions, he always took the time to reply to our emails in a detailed manner. KBK Architects prepared the schematics, applied for severance and Minor Variances, and we got what we were hoping for after negotiations with the Planning Department, we then received approvals on Site Plan Control and now we got the building permits. It was a lengthy and challenging process, but overall the results were excellent. Cost: compared to other firms, KBK architects were very competitive, and I am happy that there were no additional hidden charges. The fees that were explained at the beginning and in the contract were accurate. Overall, the staff are very knowledgeable, and have an attitude of wanting to help, I am happy with the service, and will be hiring KBK Architects for our future investment projects.

Every conversation and email gave me peace of mind and the confidence they were listening to my needs. Kyle, the lead Architect, responds quickly to emails and meets deadlines - such a blessing when you are already anxious about the project. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with KBK on the home addition project. The start of this project was fast and timely. All documents presented as required and Building permit received with no issues. During construction period, I had some issues with the beam and brick support. I have contacted KBK team, and they helped to revise the drawings and offered a suitable replacement option. Communication over the phone or email was easy with fast turnaround time. Overall, working with KBK team was a good experience.

We were happy when we learned that KBK Studios can take care of the architectural design, committee of adjustment, and construction drawings for our house addition.
Our house was not complying with zoning and we were worried about the Committee process
The Minor Variance application process was handled promptly and professionally.
They also took care of all contacts with the city

All we did was picked up our permit when it was issued. Thank you so much for your hard work in making our 2nd unit dwelling a possibility. We received our building permit in due time. You listen to us again & again with great patience. Thank you for your amazing talent, patience, perseverance, creativity & ability to manage challenges and changes along the way with grace & professionalism. We love the new design for the apartment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KBK studios is a great company to deal with. Kyle, the owner, is very professional and understanding of your needs. I was looking for someone to design a custom cabana for me, and Kyle was the perfect fit. Kyle took the time to go over everything that I was looking for in my cabana and was very patient once explaining everything. He definitely knows what he is talking about and handles his customers well. Kyle came up with ideas that I never would have thought of by myself and he made this process very easy to deal with.

Everything went well as planned and described as per my discussion with Kyle to go over the project with the expected timeline. He was transparent with the cost and the process throughout the project. The team was also great with timely communication. I would recommend the KBK team to others and personally hire them again for my next project.
