After 2 years of going to this clinic for the past 2 years is nothing but anguish. This clinic has huge operational problems + overbooking & not even sure who's in charge of operations at this clinic to talk to. I have not seen any positive change in the past 2 years of coming to this clinic.... In addition to that, the front line employees being rude and unhelpful , it is near impossible to reach them by phone. When raising concerns, the employees always come up with lame excuses. While I like the doctor I deal with, I am looking for a new family doctor. I've had enough.

Very disappointing medical centre. Our family doctor left the clinic and although assured by a letter we would be accommodated by another physician, this was denied. They did not even go to the trouble of removing us from the roster so applying for another doctor with healthcare connect has been a process. My newborn also presented to this centre with our doctor with extreme weight loss and we were not send to hospital and as new parents had no idea that she was severely malnourished and dehydrated at the time (she turned out to have a rare disease). Luckily we ended up in emergency the following morning where CHEO saved her. All around terrible service at this clinic.

Avoid this clinic at all costs! It is terrible! The receptionists at the desk are very rude and have no customer service skills or personality and should not be dealing with people. It is impossible to even get a hold of someone on the phone as their hours of answering the phone are unrealistic. Our doctor suddenly left which first of all is not my issue or shouldn’t be. Then there was no clear communication or date as to when she was leaving. So when we went to look for a new doctor we were told by a few clinics that since we are still patients they could not take us. Very bad business over there since Dr. Madill left years ago!

DO NOT VISIT!!!! my partner has been a patient of doctor younan’s at bridlewood medical centre for years. every visit is a headache. prescriptions are never faxed, (it’ll take you an hour to get through to someone on the phone) and when you call them they will 100% blame you or the facility your requisition has been sent to. this office assured her that after the first mix up, they would for sure send her requisition to the correct office. this morning she visited a location to have her bloodwork done and after a $20 uber and an hour wait in the rain, they had nothing on file for her. when you call, they’ll speak down to you and belittle you to the point of tears. they will not take responsibility. you will run out of medications due to their disorganization. you will rarely get through to reception. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER VISIT.

I have been a patient at this clinic for 19 years . Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with the clinic as of the last 2 years . It is impossible to get through to them , impossible to get an appointment , they tell you to call at 9 am for an eq care appointment but when they finally answer the phone by 9:02 am they tell you there are no appointments left . In the past I have been assigned to other doctors when my own doctor has no appointment; today I asked for that since my doctor has no appointments until February and was told they don’t do that ever . Asked to speak to a supervisor and I have been waiting on the phone now for 28 minutes and counting . Very frustrating. The receptionist and administrators seemed to be the ones running this clinic without the knowledge of the doctors .

Our family have been patients at this clinic ever since we first moved to Kanata over thirty years ago. It was a great place. Never any issues getting through on the phone. Never any issues getting appointments. Until the original owner retired a few years ago and sold the business. Now it is a very very poorly run business. So poorly that most of the doctors have quit leaving thousands of patients without care. We are among them. We've recently been told that we are no longer patients with them and to try and find a new doctor. Disgusting.

I was a patient of this office for 15+ years, I got a notice that my doctor was leaving and a new one would be assigned, and like many others here, I was very rudely told to find another doctor when trying to make an appointment. The past 2 years have been nothing but a headache at this place. No one answers the phone, just an unorganized mess.
