If you are getting a cleaning here DON'T. They run a very crooked business, there are a lot of extra fees they will not tell you about until you receive the bill at the end. Went to get ONE cleaning and ended up paying almost $500! I have never in my life had a cleaning for $465. They insisted that I needed an x-ray, an oral exam, and who knows what else they added to the bill. The oral hygienist did not finish the cleaning on my first visit because I had questions for the Dentist (Dr. Li) about another procedure with laser and about the health of my gums, we chatted for quite a while. Keep in mind this laser procedure is over $4,000... So, the Oral Hygienist asked me to come another day to "finish the cleaning". She never mentioned once, when I come back to finish the cleaning I would be billed AGAIN for "finishing the cleaning". We talked to her afterwards and she openly admitted if, we had not chatted with the Dentist she would have finished the cleaning that day and it was not our fault they will reimburse some funds for next time I come to do a cleaning. We get a call on Monday, a different lady saying they are not doing any reimbursement. The only reason why I have come here, as oppose to my regular Dentist is because they are open on the weekends when I do not have work. I booked another cleaning in 3 months, but cancelled it because of obvious reasons above. Unless they can apologize and return what they have over charged me, they have lost me as a customer for regular 3 month cleanings and the over $4,000 laser procedure. My husband and 2 daughters were also going to book, not anymore. I have a lot more to say, if anyone would like proof of our bill I am willing to share. Yesterday's experience was awful. I drove a long way to the Bridlewood dental office to pick up my night guard, but the model was sitting in the office and not sent to the lab yet. No mouth guard for me! I was told to go back when it's ready. Come on! How could this happen? What a bad doctor she is! She doesn't seem to care about her patients at all. I will cancel all my future appointments with her and moving to a new dental office shortly.

Always enjoy my visits here. Donna (hygienist) is great. Love her honesty and she always keeps me up to date on new dental procedures. Dr. Souki is very thorough and doesn't try to force me into expensive dental work but is very compassionate about budget etc. Would definitely recommend this clinic and glad I switched from my previous dentist.

This month will mark 6 -1/2 years since I moved to Kanata from Toronto and admit that it was with no little trepidation that I needed to find a dental service to replace the one to which I had become accustomed and respected . Bridlewood dental is a short walk from my residence...so I tried it out first with anticipation that if they were even close to the professional services of my previous experience it might be adequate. Much to my surprise and absolute delight , not only were they acceptably adequate, but also surpassed the previous experience...I did not think it was possible! It is with my profound gratitude that I say ALL of the services that I have received here were performed with the utmost professionalism, genuine care and step by step description of the service. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending to anyone seeking dental services to visit Bridlewood Dental.

incredible service. Had an emergency root canal they where able to take me the same day on a Saturday their busiest day . Dr. Takvoriani performed my procedure he was very friendly and professional .Everyone there did a great job. I highly recommend them

Amazing experience! They were able to see me on short notice due to a toothache, even before I became a patient. Everyone I have come into contact was extremely professional, friendly and helpful from receptionist, dental assistant Lina was great, to both dentists I saw. They adressed my primary concern, conducted a thorough exam and then prioritized my care..best dental office I have been in in Ottawa.

Dr. Priyanka is amazing. When my tooth broke, I thought it was impossible to save it. But the doctor did a wonderful job and restored the tooth. she also performed a qualified examination of my 3 year old daughter. She communicates well with children. Highly recommended.

I did tooth removal with Dr Li. He is so experienced. You can definitely discuss with him if you want a little more anesthetic or something. He gives advices and also listens to the patients. Both my teeth and I feel happy and safe.
