★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, first day I went to retrieve my rental the young man behind the counter and a female were smoking inside. 2nd day my reservation took 45mins to pickup because their system wasn’t working. AFTER my pickup I received 3 calls during my move because they lost my reservation. Even after all this my invoice didn’t even have my correct name or address on it. They also charged for insurance I declined THREE times. They also doubled my rate from $19.99 to $40/day. Unprofessional never would go back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend renting storage from here. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I have been a customer for more then 2 years now. While paying for my rent I expressed some concerns that I had as a customer. The old guy with the beard and dog, took it personally and told me if I didn't leave he would call the police. I asked for the managers name and number, he refused to give it to me. This is the most pathetic display of customer service I've had the pleasure of witnessing. I paid my rent and then told if I dont leave the police would be called? So far no follow up from the management or owners. It is obvious they have no respect for customers who pay on time every month. DO NOT RENT HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get your stuff out now, tell your friends and family that this storage is sold ! if u have any one that is renting there they need to get their stuff. the new owners have said that they r only under obligation to phone customers 7 days before they shut down..by May 30 2022 scammers..no phone calls to my friends and family at all!
