When I called to make the appointment, I told Nicole exactly what style, size and price I was looking for and over the phone she said she has exactly what I was looking for. When I showed up for the appointment, she said she didn't have anything to show me except one dress which was the opposite I was looking for. I knew I wouldn't fit the sample size dresses but they wouldn't even let me look at samples that were too small to fit me (which was never a problem in any other salons). Then after I pulled dresses I wanted to try (and they had a really small selection), they didn't help me get into them at all. I had much better service at other bridal salons. What's worse, they were rude to my bridesmaids and my family. Finally, when I was asking about how much it would be to order the plus size of the dress I wanted, the woman pulled out a piece of paper from the designer and quoted me double what the paper said (she didn't know I could see it behind the counter). This was by far the worst experience I have had and I don't recommend it for anyone who doesn't fit the sample size.

I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and Nicole supported me in what I thought I wanted, and steered me to a dress that I couldn't say no to! I didn't think it would ever be a style I would like! But she knew what she was talking about. I tried it on to "humor" her and my mother.... My mom had tears in her eyes, and I just knew it was the one. It was simple, and elegant, and she made sure it fit in my budget, she never showed me something I couldn't afford. She was so eccentric, and fun, and high energy. Her enthusiasm radiated off of her and lifted my spirits in, what was, a stressful event for me, as I loathe shopping. I 110% would recommend going to Bridals on Spadina. It has the perfect amount of dresses to choose from without being overwhelmed or turned off. Thank you so much! See you soon for alterations!!

I booked an appointment, tried on about 12 dresses, liked three and picked one. They had a great selection of about 50 dresses in the store. All seemed to be on point with current styles and trends. I tried on a beautiful ball gown and couldn't part with it. I bought it off the rack. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend.

Both Nicole and Sharon (daughter-mother team) were friendly, down to earth business owners who made my sister feel welcomed. My sister doesn't live here in Toronto, therefore this made it truly a memorable family experience!

Even though I did not end up purchasing my gown here, I was so impressed by their service and felt compelled to leave them a good review! As soon as we walked in, Sharon's husband greeted us and both of them made us feel like family. Sharon went out of her way to help us and gave great dress, veil and accessory suggestions and I had so much fun trying on the gowns. It was a welcome change after vising a few snobby pretentious stores who didn't even carry as good of a dress selection! I had a style in mind but Sharon had a great eye and picked something totally different that ended up being one of my top dresses. Even though the shop is on the small side they had a good selection of dresses by top designers at very reasonable prices! Highly recommended especially if you don't want to break the bank. Overall one of my top dress shopping experiences and I recommend all brides to give Bridals On Spadina a try.

The quality of dresses with their amazing price point and spectacular customer service. From the first moment I walked in I was greeted by Sharon, who has the warmest smile and friendliest demeanour. Truly, she is caring, kind and really cares about finding you the perfect dress. She is friendly but not pushy. She listens to what you are asking for and absolutely zero pressure. The dress that I purchased here, I would’ve easily spent 3 to 4 times the amount at Kleinfelds. Why spend that amount of money when you can get the same kind of quality and a lower price point .I went to other bridal shops and had bad experiences. Either the dresses were low quality, or overpriced or in one place I was actually bullied that I had to buy the dress on the spot. With Sharon there is none of that, just a truly pleasurable experience. They truly care about their customers finding the perfect dress and will give you their undivided attention. Because of Sharon I’ll always have a beautiful memory to remember along with my stunning dress.

I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. The location is small and intimate which was perfect for me and my small wedding party. Lots of selection to browse and try on and styles of all types.
