I had previous dress appointments at other boutiques where I left feeling discouraged. I called Ines Di Santo on a Friday afternoon and was able to secure an appointment for the very next day. This was during a very busy time where stores were only open for a few weeks last Fall. Catherine was extremely accommodating with making sure I was satisfied with my dress, no matter how many fittings it took to get it perfect. I cannot thank the Ines Di Santo team enough for making this such an enjoyable process.

Also , the team is absolutely amazing! Both my sister and I bought our wedding dresses from Ines and both times we were blown away by the way we were treated by the staff. They truly care about their clients and their experience. They will go above and beyond to ensure that you have the perfect dress for your special day and that you feel comfortable in the dress. I would highly recommend them because you can put your full trust in them. Special shout out to Catherine for all her knowledge, honesty, kindness, impeccable service and making my experience so memorable. She truly made me feel like family! Also a special shout out to Filorine for her amazing alterations - she is an artist with her work and will she will make the dress fit perfectly to your body shape! Thank you SO much to everyone at Ines..couldn’t recommend their dresses and service more - they are the best!!!!!

It was about 1 month before mY wedding in November 2021 when the retailer informed me they never ordered the dress I had purchased. Frantically, I had called the Ines Di Santo store on Davenport (I should've gone there from the beginning) and spoke to Catherine, the store manager. Without hesitation, Catherine, Ines and Veronica came to my rescue. It was not their mistake to correct but regardless they all went above and beyond. I can't express how grateful and how appreciative I am!!! They made all my dreams come true and more. THANK YOU! TO INES, VERONICA, CATHERINE AND THE WHOLE TEAM FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR ME!!!!! I will forever be an Ines Bride!!

They stayed within my budget, and created a dress that was unique for me. Specifically, the bust the the dress had to be completely re-created. Straps were added for support, and lace details added. The team was determined to get it PERFECT and it was! I highly recommend. A lovely experience!

Being able to add in customizations, getting the dress fitted by the in-house tailoring team, and the overall customer service brings Ines de Santo to another level. I got my dream wedding dress back in 2019 with them and finally got to wear it for my wedding in 2021. Throughout the pandemic they were so kind and accommodating. Her service, and all around positive demeanour made every visit an absolute delight. She was patient, accommodating and so helpful in her direction and approach. She made every request, no matter how small or far beyond the scope of her responsibilities possible. After seeing and trying on several dresses we finally decided to do something custom and combine elements from different pieces in the showroom. After two date changes, my dress was perfectly fitted and exactly what I had envisioned. Thank you to everyone at Ines Di Santo!

I called to book an appointment and Catherine was outstanding from our first call. When I went in, I felt so comfortable and appreciated by her. She dedicated 100% focus to me and my family, answering 100 questions, and really paying attention to everything we asked. There was no sales talk, no pressure to purchase anything, nothing. She even made sure to ask me multiple times if I was saying yes to the dress to ensure I wasn't feeling pressured. The boutique is clean and the team is so lovely. We couldn't have asked for a more special place, designer and consultant. I found my dream dress, and Catherine made my day SO special. A day me and my family will always remember. Thank you Catherine, and Ines Di Santo team! This is such an important aspect of wedding planning, and you really make this process so easy-going and fun! I can't wait to wear my stunning gown on my special day.
