★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My driver's side window jammed halfway open on my way to work, and I couldn't get an appointment at my usual garage because everyone was getting winter tires on before the first snowstorm. I desperately called around to get the window fixed before the weekend, and Brian's was the first to say they could take me in. When I dropped the car off, I mentioned something similar had happened about a year ago and was fixed at another garage in Mississauga.
They called me a few hours later saying that they got the window back up, but because the window had been fixed in the last year he suggested that I contact the other garage to see if the part was still under warranty, rather than do a $300 fix in Milton. The old garage was able to replace the part and fix the window for free under the warranty, and they didn't charge me anything to get the window back up.
Service was amazing, and what I appreciate at a garage as a woman is when the mechancies explain things to you straightforward and honestly. I've been ripped off before and was happy to go to a honest place. I plan on coming back here for future services and have been recommending it to others as well.
