I chose Brian's Auto Glass based on the excellent reviews online. I have had many windshields replaced in the past from other providers without issue. Brian's replaced the windshield on my new model Mercedes. Days later I found that it was leaking badly into my vehicle. I took it back. They "fixed" it by dumping more sealant in. They sent me home without water testing it, assuring me it was all good. I returned 3 days later, again with a bad leak. The electronics in my vehicle were getting soaked. I had water coming out of my vents. They attempted to fix it again. Again, did not water test it. Water leak still existed. When I went back to the shop for the third time, I was greeted with a great deal of attitude and told that the Body on my Mercedes was the issue and that it was not their cheap Chinese knockoff windshield; they more or less dusted their hands off at this point. I have always asked for OEM windshields from all other providers on this same vehicle without issue. Owners son who runs the shop told me it would be considerably more as ICBC does not cover that cost. I later found out that the price difference that I would need to pay to get OEM would be approximately $8 ( I guess we can figure out which windshield had more profit in it). I ended up taking it to Speedy Auto Glass in Abbotsford. I was met with professional service, a state of the art shop, and competent staff. They removed and reinstalled the window, and took pictures of the amateur installation performed at Brians, showed me what was wrong with it and then carried on to fix it. I paid $250 to fix the poor workmanship that Brians was not willing to stand behind. Overall, disheartening to see a small business run with no honesty and tact. Save yourself the hassle, you are paying the same rates at bigger more professional shops that will actually stand behind their work. Caveat emptor I suppose.

They have excellent service and friendly staff. They had to order in my windshield but still got me booked in fast. Highly recommended and reliable company

Brian’s auto glass was amazing! Brought my vehicle in yesterday and the glass was ordered and installed the next day within an hour. Everyone there is so competent and polite, handling the entire process with efficiency and professionalism. A great shop and would recommend to anyone needing auto services.

Excellent knowledgeable, experienced and friendly staff. My car had multiple water leakage spots and I had no idea from where exactly the water is coming in. Tried so many techniques and places but no luck. I went to Brian's Auto Glass after checking Google reviews, and my experience was amazing. Kelvin (technician) helped me out with finding the leakage and was able to fix it as well for a very reasonable price, warranty included. Went there second time for a small related issue, and they instantly fixed it for no charge.

I have been to Brian's Auto Glass twice now - both times they have done an exceptional job. I found them just by a quick google search as I was in a pinch/my back window was slipping out of place on my SUV. They were super quick, efficient and at a good price. I live in the city and have driven out a second time to have the drains unclogged. I highly recommend this place & appreciate the great service they've provided me with.
