We had a hiccup at the beginning, but Speedy Glass has been great to deal with to resolve the issue. I highly recommend coming here for all your auto glass needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to give a huge shout out to speedy auto glass. I had just received some devastating news from my Dad’s doctor. I was heading home from Chilliwack to Abbotsford late Friday afternoon when my window made a noise and slid into the door. Originally Speedy auto said I would be better off calling fix auto or another place. I made 3 additional calls and no one would even look at my van before Monday. I asked if any of them would at least cover my window with plastic knowing I would be spending the weekend in and out of the hospital parking lot. They all said their technicians were heading out the door.
This is where Speedy comes in. I called Speedy back and asked if anyone there could just cover my window in plastic before the weekend. They must have heard the pain and sadness in my voice. Scott, the technician stayed (he was also heading out the door) and waited for me to arrive. Everyone was so kind and understanding. Scott took my van door apart, pulled the window back up and put a block of wood in there to stop it from sliding back down. This is way more secure than plastic over the window.
Kudos to speedy Auto Glass in Abbotsford. Going over and above customer service to help.
