This is a true bra store, not a mall pop up - these are trained high quality professional women who are truly committed to your fitting. I feel beautiful each and every time I go in, they will always ensure the fit is perfect and are not high pressure sales driven. They are focused and want you to have a great experience. I am not a woman who fits into $40.00 dollar bras. The bras are high quality and made to fit PROPERLY. My clothes fit better and I walk taller....just sayin. Your long time customer, Steph B.

So, unlike some others, I did not learn about 'Bravo' by word of mouth. But I do want you, readers, to hear it from me. When I stepped inside this wee shop, I was at first dismayed by the small amount of merchandise on display. Do not be deceived; much is stored away far from dust and handling. Also, in these precarious Covid-19 times, I learned about the strict protocol they are following for sanitizing between customers and fittings. I was very soon greeted by June, who has made a repeat customer of me! Her personable manner, coupled with extensive knowledge, provided me with the best bra fitting ever! As said by others before, the merchandise is not inexpensive, but I am very happy with the fit and heartily endorse this business! BRAVO!

She just kept bringing me bra after bra and not getting frustrated, or pushy at all. I was so impressed. She was so wonderful. She ended up finding me a very beautiful Nursing bra and made me feel so confident, which made me feel so wonderful at the Christmas gathering. She didn't give up and made a Mommy so very happy. So glad we listened to her. As soon as we walked into the store June made us feel very welcomed. June was very helpful and made sure that our bras were the best fit and style for our body type. Told her and she told me all the bras are in a drawer. Asked if I new my size . Yes at my age I really should know but told her. She repeated the wrong size. Told her a second time she pointed to the back . As I turned she also let me know she had two customer's . Well good for her because she will never have a third. New to Barrie shame on her attitude towards someone. I will travel to Toronto to get what I need. Better salesmanship from younger girls in Victoria secret .Not my place to buy but they were at very polite.

Her customer service is exemplary, always delivered with a smile. She exudes gentle encouragement and sincere respect for her customers’ needs and wants. I am a senior who had decades of bra fitting issues before I discovered this shop several years ago. The experience changed a lot for me. To my surprise, I hadn’t known my true, best fitting size or how to judge a bra’s fit. Thanks to June I do know now. I simply feel comfortable and confident and think I look my best. Aside from the beautiful well made bras, the sleepwear and other lingerie offerings are exceptional in fabric and design. Top quality only, including beautiful silks and laces. I don’t have to go to Toronto or Montreal or New York to buy fine lingerie…I find it right here in Barrie at Bravo.
