Z	Zia Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well renovated and professionally designed convention center, a much needed venue in the City of Brantford with variety of services accommodating weddings, parties, corporate events for 500 plus guests. A venue worth visiting.

It is horrible looking on the outside but do not let that fool you, the inside is nice and well maintained. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out. It was plenty big for our 4 children. It included a fireplace and a fridge. We did not feel cramped or that the room was too small. The bathroom was clean and in good repair, and also a good size. The pool was good, not great as it is dated, but the kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the sauna. Breakfast is amazing, it is buffet style and included. The staff was wonderful. We asked to be away from noise of the hockey teams and on the top floor and were acccomodated with this request. My only advice is to be aware that the keys were a problem. We had to go to the front desk 7 times to fix demagnatized keys. That was not so great.
