★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and ineffecient staff. They open just 5 hr and will make you wait for 1-2 hr for order.
Snail can be faster than these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For years I've driven from Paris to Brantford for what I considered to be the best Chinese food around. I even forgave the mistakes missed dishes in the last half dozen orders. Last night was no exception. Forgot the sauces and missed one dish on our order. And this time the food was not up to par. Pork in the fried rice was cooked a day or 2 ago. Chop suey was bland. Not giving up yet but.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our NYE tradition has long been to pick up a large array of sushi and sashimi, warm up some sake and take in a movie or two before the bubbly flows at midnight. Last year, our first in Brant, was actually spent in Mexico, so we skipped a year. However, as we craved to continue our tradition, I ordered over the phone what we wanted. My order was ready on time (2 hours due to this being their busiest time of year), and I was dealt with rather efficiently and in a friendly fashion, although there were two young boys, apparently under the age of 11, working the till and the phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is often god aweful with hour+ long waits for pickup orders and very little communication about their menu, their very young kids are often working cash which I am convinced is a ploy for sympathy so people don't get mad about how often they are in the weeds.
The food is very hit or miss, the stuff that's good can be very good and if everything was that quality it's be worth the wait, but the stuff that isn't is often cold, tasteless or greasy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m new to the Brantford area and was recommended this place… it was terrible! Ordered on New Year’s Eve and they were so busy which could have added to their stress in cooking but honestly the worse Chinese food I’ve ever eaten! The chicken wings were over friend and rock hard… it couldn’t be eaten! Fried rice was bland, chicken balls weren’t even balls but long battered pieces of chicken and were ok… honestly it was expensive and a huge let down. The customer was good but I would NEVER go back! I don’t like posting bad reviews especially for family business but this place was awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a minus 5 if I could, food has always been tasty but service now stinks at a minus 5. Ordered from Skip and they didn't even accept order as they said they can't make it eve though they have made this for me many times before my health prevented me picking up order. Don't know if Mai (?) still owns the place but will never ever buy or recommend blessings or Skip for deliveries They didn't even wish to give my money back only a credit I want my money back not a credit. For take out be careful of both!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, good portions. One combination platter is enough for my husband and I, we usually get the C7 and it's always been yummy! Sushi is comparable to what you would get at somewhere like Joy Sushi. Also, props to the young man who runs the front of house. I've seen it get SUPER busy and he works very hard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tried Blessings for the first time because of a referral. I hate to say this as it's a local family restaurant but I was just not impressed with the food. The quality isn't up to the standard I'm used to and I found the rice to be quite bland to be honest. I still gave 3 stars because the food wasn't terrible and the staff seemed friendly
