They are always so incredibly helpful and really take the time to listen to you and give their suggestions. Everything I’ve ever purchased has always been so healthy. I love how involved they are in your plant happiness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t praise Braeheid enough. This is a great place to get an amazing variety in plants in Northern Alberta, and they are always in great condition. It’s obvious how much care the entire team puts into the greenhouse.
I’d also like to give the girl working today (Sept 24) a shoutout for going out of her way to find Niko for my infant to pet as she loves looking at cats. An example of them always going above & beyond.

I have never ever experienced such a devoted team at any other garden center as I did at this beautiful place. Your plants were amazing and you ensured whoever was shopping stayed safe as we fight this covid19 together. Cannot wait to see you all next year. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to buy all of our flowers, trees, shrubs as well as our vegetable plants already started for us. Our growing season is so very short up here, it's great to plant our vegetables with at least a month worth of expert growth under their belt. Their variety and prices are awesome. Their plants are always healthy and well maintained. The people there are the best! We've been going there for years and we just wont go anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing place. My whole family loves visiting, the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. They're knowledge on...well any type of plant really is bar none! As a newcomer in the plant world, I have had many questions that were always met with very informative answers. Can't say enough good about this place! Definitely worth the short drive!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I wasn't leaving this review. After buying a pilea a previous summer that was so waterlogged I couldn't save it, gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Mistakes happen.
Got 2 variegated string of pearls, they didn't look great when I got them in my delivery, but hey plants are weird and dramatic, and both shriveled and died within days.... but then so did my friends. (Other pearls in the same pot were fine).
A satin and silver Anne pothos. Just found out it wasn't even a plant. It was just wrapped cuttings plopped into a pot. Took a while before they started showing signs of unhappiness so I went to check the roots.... there was like a cm of root trapped in netting on each. I've had these for months.
The prayer plant is okay though lol. ** edit to add it was also just plugged clippings and is now on rehabilitation lol. I'll throw every plant I own in the compost before ever buying for breaheid again.**
Just. Really disappointed. Plants aren't cheap and I wanted to support a local business and so far I've just lost money with nothing to show for it.
You're better off trying your luck with bugs and home depot plants or buying from individuals on marketplace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot brag about this greenhouse enough! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, quality products too. I've had the opportunity to order online and pick up in store - this can be risky, I know but I did not receive a single sub-par plant. Make sure you sign up for their points program too!
