★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our septic tank had backed up and we all know how terrible that is. When I called Country Pump Out the office staff was pleasant and most helpful. After a short time a couple of great guys arrived to get things fixed up. Adelito and Leo were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything to me. I am forever grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In regards to septic tank install and cleaning they were overpriced, poor quality of workmanship and hard to deal with. Have had many problems with their install for years afterwards and trying to get their installers to fix their shoddy work was impossible. Do yourself a favour and hire a qualified plumbing business with journeyman plumbers that warranty their work and you will thank me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good employees to work with but terrible management, Troy is rude, two faced and only tells you what you want to hear. They will find a reason to let any new employees go, don’t ask for a raise or your pay stubs apparently that makes them upset? I would get employed by a professional employer where your paid right and treated upfront like a person not a replaceable work number. The trucks for this company are not able to pass a gov inspection, all the workers lie to get the trucks out the shop. So sad, also looking at these reviews 60% of the 5 star reviews are names of people who currently work at country pump out, that is called false advertising folks!!!
