I had a fantastic experience at Boyd on McCurdy! Took my vehicle there for body work after making an insurance claim and Jeff was so professional, smart, and timely when dealing with my car. Within less than 24 hours I had a rental car rented by Boyd for me (did not have the insurance coverage for this FYI!) as all the courtesy cars were booked. It only took 4 days to have a complete fix on my vehicle which sustained some good damage. All the staff were diligent, and thorough with their work and my car looked even better than it did before the damage. I highly recommend this body shop and will be using them again for future needs :) Thanks to all the staff at Boyd Autobody on McCurdy!

Good experience from meeting Derek at Boyd to apointment time, rental car and an excellent repair to my truck. Always kept in touch with me throughout the process. Recommend!

Just wanted to sΓ y thanks to the Boyd McCurdy Location for an awesome job done on my Moms car. We were greeted so pleasantly by the receptionist (Brook) and then assisted by Jeff who was very knowledgeable and was great the whole time. Thanks again guys.

I heard they are great but my experience wasn’t good at all. They booked an appointment with we one and half months later and I provided them the car on the given date. But after keeping the car for 4 days they called me saying the parts haven’t arrived yet even though they had one and half months to order them. While picking up my car they mentioned parts are already in Kelowna they are just waiting to receive them so I could expect a call from them in next few days to come back again. However, I didn’t get any call and 1 week later I called them and they said parts haven’t arrived yet. I was like ok. Then again following week I called them, they said they haven’t received it yet and probably will take 3-4 days and will call me. I didn’t get and call within that time and waited 8 days and called them again to check what’s going on because I had my class 5 exam coming up. I was already frustrated with their false promises. So, when I called them again after 8 days they said they are expecting the parts next day so, I dropped off my car again . Next day, I got a call from them saying the estimation that they did earlier wasn’t right and there are more things needed to be fixed and it’s going to take more time and money. Then I was like, I am done with them and will do the fixing somewhere else. They are very nice people but I had to suffer a lot because of them. I feel like they should be more professional and exact of their promises.

I brought my Toyota Sienna van into Dan Lester at Boyd’s Autobody & Glass yesterday for a new windshield. I was very impressed with the prompt and friendly service. Not only did they replace the windshield and clean out the start of a squirrels nest ( that we had no idea was there) but they cleaned the interior and exterior of my van. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. Excellent service!!

I had an amazing experience with Boyd. The assistant manager Jeff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked brand new and kept me updated on everything they were doing. I would highly recommend going to Boyd for any of your auto repairs. Thank you guys again for everything!

I needed repairs after a deer ran into my car. Boyd Auto Body employees were informative, professional, fast and with personalized attention. From the moment I called to get information, through dropping off my car and picking it up after repairs were completed, they were friendly, efficient, communicative and professional. The courtesy car was an added bonus and for that I am so grateful. What excellent service. Thank you!

From the very first conversation to the final goodbye, Boyd was great. Jeff M. was the estimator and was very open, honest, helpful, and detailed in his approach to my hit-and-run claim. He even helped fix the sensor in the tailgate that came disconnected during repair! I appreciated both the customer service and the excellent body work done. From the front staff, Brooke and Derek, to Jeff M., to the technicians in the shop, I was very happy with Boyd.
