★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was informed by someone that the bottle depot was ripping people off. So today I counted what I was taking in. 150 cans and other was 20 pieces. I told Jim I knew how many were there. When the numbers came up I questioned and asked for the slip. He said couldn't give me one. Manager was called. Said if I was right. Lol I knew I was right.
Said gave me what I should have had.
Count your bottles before taking them in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google review with 4.7, it has to be amazing. So I drove all the way here for the first time to experience it. It is very disappointing that I didn’t feel it worth it at all. Firstly. Bad customer service. I didn’t feel welcome here as the guy didn’t wanna smile or greet. It’s even worse that he told me some of the containers are “GARBAGE” in a mean way. If you are not happy or can’t manage your emotions, this is not the right place to work. It’s shocking to see some of the one star review response from the owner that “it is known for the exceptional service”. I would not be confident to say that if I were you. It is not even ok service. Secondly, I was given a dirty card to cash my refund. I didn’t even wanna touch it, it’s disgusting. It is not not sanitized. Thinking about COVID-19, I don’t agree it’s safe here.

Closes earlier than we want but great.
Clean and automated. Run by a group of nice looking Indian people but they don't have their masks on properly (only covering mouth, not nose). I don't know why I was asked by was asked if I counted all my bottles.... Um no.. the machines do that right?
You get a card and then you go to a machine and insert the card and money will come out. Then you return the card. When I went there were only a few others and not crowded but I guess it depends when you go.

Super clean always with supplies. Automated so it counts super fast. people are always friendly. Don't go to crowfoot or bowness go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go-to bottle depot. It's a little out of the way, but still convenient.
Bowridge Bottle Depot is quite new so everything is modern and relatively clean. There's open space and minimal depot odor.
Parking is plenty and there's a spot to drop off electronics, etc.
Staff are friendly and efficient. Part of this is due to the use of automation in counting the bottles. It does make the process much faster and gets everyone through the lines quickly. Plus, it removes any doubt about miscounting that people always worry about.
