★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ski shop with a customer service focus. I came in thinking I had to immediately replace my ski boots which were painful and didn’t fit (so I thought). Alex assessed my problem was actually just poor footbeds. When I asked if I should get new boots he said your boots are just fine. No upsell - amazing. After installing the custom footbeds I feel like I am skiing on new boots. Friendly and knowledgeable. They even provided cappuccino and cookies while the moulded footbeds were setting. It is like going to a ski spa.
Hadn’t been here before but the positive online reviews were right. Ski experts, friendly and customer service is their focus. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian was excellent to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and that made getting my equipment very efficient because he knew what would work the best. I emailed him my information in advance, so the paperwork was all ready to go. I would definitely recommend as well as use them again.

They also have heated ski poles if you need that kind of thing. Very interesting!
