We did not have the opportunity to taste the entrees since the food delivery server mixed our plates with another table who started to touch the food. She then offered to give the entrees back to us when the mixup was explained. We of course refused. The two entrees went to the kitchen, did a quick U-turn and were returned to us in a few minutes as new items. When we said that was too quick, the server responded that the same exact order was being prepared for another table and they gave it to us as a priority. We did not buy that story and asked for the bill. The chef came out and said he threw the entrees and prepared new ones. I asked “in two minutes”, he said yes, the beef was pre-prepared. A different story and both clearly not true. We paid and left and even tipped properly as the original server was not responsible. They managed to ruin a great evening… Since Google doesn't allow a client's reply, I added it to my original answer. Ms. Marie-Ève, we agree that the food and the setting are superb. However, returning the same dishes and claiming that they are newly prepared is not. This is not McDonald's or Tim Horton's and, at 5:30 p.m., you were not very busy and far from 80 customers. Even with a head start on cooking, a beef flank steak and Portuguese calamari take more than two minutes to prepare, including the trip to the kitchen and back. This is the first negative comment possibly because a similar situation with informed customers has not yet occurred. Have a nice evening!

P	Pantazis Zaphiropoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend this restaurant. Our experience was made more enjoyable by Jerome our waiter, who clearly enjoyed his work. He was very knowledgeable attentive and caring. The sea food was of highest quality and prepared to perfection. Wear warm clothing as the patio near the lake is lovely but cool (blankets are provided).

Escargot dish consisted of two toast and a handful of escargots soaks in what seemed to be a canned gravy. Fish and chips were not digestible. Fish was not fully cooked. Nachos, poor. I can appreciate that we've all been hit w COVID and the resto business has taken its hits; However, I would suggest setting better expectations on your website. Maybe a new chef? On a better note: Host and waiter we're very decent at best.
