★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the hike 3.5km or 3mi trail from Hecla Lakeview Resort to the lighthouse and back.....very nice and peaceful...I highly recommend this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't go in it or anything, but the scenery is quite nice. Its a decent length walk to get there, but not difficult by any means. Also! I saw a hummingbird moth here. They are adorable. I don't even like moths, but these guys are freaking cute.

Wear bug spray though basically any time of year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took bikes on the trail that starts at the resort. Easy ride with some sections with loose gravel. Nice place to sit and enjoy the sun set.
