★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TL/DR: overcharge for a service that is composed of screaming and waiting
*gets told my bike could be ready in less then a week on the phone* *brings bike to the shop for a 25 minute ride* *I get screamed at by the manager for "thinking that she could possibly process the bike in under a month"*
From my experience, went there to get screamed at twice and the service is practically non-existant so I have no idea why they overcharge everything in their shop (LITERALLY twice the online retail from every shop in North America for their bottle of lube)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TL:DR they passed customer ahead of me 3 times and gave me little to no service. Avoid at all costs!
I arrived in the store looking for a pair of hiking boots. The guy that tried to help me did not have enough knowledge of the equipment. He tells me to wait for Catherine, the owner of the boutique. Catherine tells me to wait 3 minutes until she finishes with the current customer. After about 10 minutes I start looking at the boots on my own and ask for help from the guy. At this point I see Catherine starting to serve another customer right next to me, so I guess I am not getting any help. After I finally choose the boots that I like I go to the register and Catherine decides to pass her customer ahead of me again! While waiting to finish another cashier passes another customer ahead of me. So in short if you like wasting your time and getting treated like a 3rd class citizen come here. If you are looking for any type of service go to sports expert in cowansville or buy from amazon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners, Catherine and Joel, are knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. Their new store also has a great selection of hiking equipment. They have wonderful bikes for sale as well as good quality rentals by the hour or day.
