★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The poorest service i've ever received!!! the lady was super super disrespectful! Like how would you rolled up your eyes at me for asking a question to make sure I get the right order. Never going there again it's the worst place ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed. When you order 2 chicken sandwiches and they send you beef ? not impressed. I ordered chicken because I don't like the beef so I didn't end up eating. If you don't have what people want just cancel the order... don't send whatever you feel like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was serving me and my boyfriend, we go to Boustan very often but this location is our favorite. He greeted us and immediately washed his hands, he asked us exactly what we want in our vegan pitas, most Boustans just ask if you'd like harissa but he asked exactly how we want our pitas. 5/5 star experience :) oh and the harissa is homemade.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through door dash. Delivery was quick but the order was wrong.
The bill had the proper order on it (with special instructions of what we wanted and didn't want in the plate) but what the restaurant made was wrong.
When i called they told us to go there and they would make a new order....the whole point of take out is that you don't want to leave the house.
We went there and asked for a refund...the answer was along the lines of "you didn't buy from us you bought from door dash". I tried to explain that door dash delivered my order to me but what the restaurant put in the order was wrong.
I explained that since you made me leave the hosue to come there I'd like a refund and i'd go eat out...since I'm already out.
He refused and when i saw the conversation was going nowhere i left.
Not the first time they mess up my order but definitely the last time i go there.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Go to Samara or Amir instead.

Mix plate + $6 additional for extra chicken extra beef. Cashier repeated extra meat few times, third time cook turned to put extra meat, left overs laying on grill, there was no extra chicken. only wearing food processing glove on left hand, pushed items falling off the plat with right hand fingers without gloves, another food handler wearing mask below the nose. Food was cold, waiting for extra meat. arrived at restaurant 7 mins after receiving confirmation order is ready for pickup, waited 10 mins at restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had way better Boustan, their spicy sauce was amazing and not watered down however it was not put in my creation. The creation here has onions and tomatoes where it does not at the other 4 locations I frequent. There was no sesame sauce put inside my creation because "it would be too soggy". The pure size of the sandwich is anywhere from half to two-thirds the size we usually get at other franchises. The potatoes were delicious although the container was half full, it was also missing garlic sauce and we went back to get the missing sauce. I would not recommend this to anyone in my entourage that has had the same experience I've had in other franchises. It may please people that have not had better as it was still better than a traditional sandwich at the other chains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never ordered from here and decided to order up a vegan pita off of Uber (the ingredients aren’t shown on the app FYI). I took my first bite and actually called the restaurant to check in and make sure that whatever was in my pita was indeed fake meat, cause I found it a little too good to be true. Thank you for offering us vegans such yummy options! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Boustan in town, hands down! Food is always fresh and extremely tasty! I love their juicy shawarma chicken, so tangy with a crunchy outside! Customer service is A1, it’s so refreshing to be asked how you’re doing! Forever a fan of their fattoush chicken salad, no other place can emulate!
