★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be very friendly and nice owner, it's a new owner now and not the same customer service. He was very rude to me and charges extras when they did not charge extras before. I will not go back. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion this is by far the best of the basha franchises. The people are curteous and always friendly. The food always tastes fresh and they always serve you exactly what you ask for, which isnt always the case with some of the other Bashas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, generous quantities. I like that this place does not charge extra for taking different salads and sauces vs Amir that bills you extra per salad and sauce.
Went 3 times on lunch hour, very satisfied so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I feel like Basha is afraid of spice and seasoning. I didn't even finish what i ordered because the food was terrible. The chicken and potatoes tasted like they were simply cooked in unsalted water and then served directly. The taboule, ever hear about lemon and salt!? It's not supose to taste like you're bitting into a a bunch of parsley on its own. Not to mention the humus that tasted like chickpeas from a can smashed with nothing else. Also, I wasn't aware that I had to specify to have garlic sauce on the side with my potatoes. Basha is cancelled for us forever. Absolutely terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst Basha ever, rude,ignorant workers. The food is always cold and tasteless, their chicken tastes like it was cooked a week before and don't ask for hummus cause you'll get garlic.
They don't know this craft yet they own and operate a restaurant
Remember that whenever we get terrible food and awful service, our money is never stale, cold or tasteless.
It is always fresh and full of value and they don't deserve it.
The next time a restaurant gives me terrible food, I will pay in monopoly money!
I need to go now....I have IBS
