★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service, insalubre et prix démesurés ! 30$ de poutine et on en a même pas eu assez pour 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants. Même en temps de covid les aliments sont assemblés à mains nues, pas de gants et pas de lavage de mains entre les manipulations. On y retournera plus jamais.
Very bad service, unsanitary and excessive prices! $ 30 for poutine and we didn't even have enough for 2 adults and 2 young children. Even in times of covid food is assembled with bare hands, no gloves and no hand washing between manipulations. We will never go back there again.

La caissière est déprimée, elle garde son gars qui passe sa journée à la Belle Pro au lieu d’être à la garderie, mêlée dans les commandes, le cuisinier est bête et fait ça à peu près, il fait une erreur dans la commande et me met ça sur le dos tssss! Je demande un format de Poutine et ils mettent ça dans un styromousse pour les hot dog .. pas pentoute la même grandeur tsé! Sérieux quand ton beau-fils de 11 ans est découragé…!
Have pity! The cashier is depressed, she keeps her guy who spends his day at La Belle Pro instead of daycare, mixed up in the orders, the cook is dumb and does that pretty much, he makes a mistake in the order and put that on me tssss! I ask for a Poutine format and they put it in a styrofoam for the hot dogs .. not all the same size! Serious when your 11 year old stepson is discouraged…!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a coupon in the mail for 2 for 1 hotdog trios. Went to use it they say it's a misprint and wouldn't honour it. They've just lost a customer for life.
Just a little extra info. Called head office and were told that the franchise was lying and should have honoured the coupon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: not 24 hours, lousy hours.... Old school style hot dog diner. Staff often seem miserable. 24 hour places are a late night post party institution. Poutine gets a pass as a fast food poutine but don't expect the best the province has to offer by any means.
