J'ai un Berger de Shetland rescapé sénior très très anxieux compte tenu de son passé pour qui toute expérience en dehors du quotidien est stressant. La toiletteuse a pris son temps, a usé de patience et douceur tout en restant ferme ce qui a rendu l'expérience très positive! Mon vieux monsieur était magnifique! J'ai également un chiot que je tente de désensibiliser et encore une fois, je n'ai pas été déçue. Il est revenu très calme et beau comme un cœur! Je ne peux que recommander fortement cet endroit!
 A great selection of products and an unparalleled grooming service! I have a very very anxious senior rescued Shetland Sheepdog given his past for whom any experience outside of everyday life is stressful. The groomer took her time, used patience and gentleness while remaining firm, which made the experience very positive! My old gentleman was magnificent! I also have a puppy that I am trying to desensitize and again I was not disappointed. He came back very calm and handsome as a heart! I can only highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai pris rendez-vous pour le toilettage de mon petit chien.. On m'a dit que c'était 50$. J'arrive à la boutique, je dépose mon chien, l'accueil était bien. Je reviens le reprendre 2 heures plus tard, il n'était pas complètement asséché. Il a eu un premier bain. Ensuite il a fait un pipi et s'est couché dedans. Alors, on lui a donné un 2e bain. La nervosité l'a emporté, il a fait un numéro 2 et a marché dedans. Donc, on lui a donné un 3e bain. Je pense que les 2 spécialistes qui ont toiletté mon petit chien, ont eu un manque d'attention quelque part... J'arrive à la caisse pour payer la facture, qui était rendu à 86$( Pourquoi? Parce que çà été plus long que prévu) . Quelle MAUVAISE PUBLICITÉ, j'ai dû payer ce montant pour des erreurs d'inattention !!!
I made an appointment for the grooming of my little dog. I was told it was $50. I arrive at the shop, I drop off my dog, the welcome was good. I come back to pick it up 2 hours later, it was not completely dry. He had his first bath. Then he peed and lay down in it. So we gave him a second bath. Nervousness got the better of him, he made a number 2 and walked into it. So we gave him a third bath. I think that the 2 specialists who groomed my little dog had a lack of attention somewhere... I arrive at the checkout to pay the bill, which was at $86 (Why? Because it was more longer than expected). What BAD ADVERTISING, I had to pay this amount for careless mistakes!!!
