I highly recommend them and their location is fantastic. Lots of parking and a great Chocolate factory next door!!

β β β β β My wife and have two complaints.Β One was the lack of care from the long delay in contacting us to sign the refinancing papers.Β My bank had to follow up for us and noted that the email was read, but Zahra did not respond or action it.Β My mortgage broker from my bank confirmed the email was received by Zahra.Β It would have taken more than two months if my bank did not follow up again.Β We were finally able to get an appointment but had to juggle my schedule.Β It was definitely not a good experience.
Our second complaint was the fee quoted and amount withdrawn from our account.Β We were quoted $500, but noticed out account was debited $1,600.62.Β My wife confirmed the quoted amount was $500 and our mortgage broker confirmed that was an excessive amount to charge for a refinance.Β It took less than 10 minutes to sign the papers and it was a straight forward process with no issues.Β Always ask for a quote for the fee in writing. I emailed for a receipt twice and my mortgage broker also asked for one, but we are yet to receive a receipt from Zahra.Β I also do not have any documents from Zahra.Β Not sure if we get a copy.Β If yes, we haven't heard anything back from her.Β I definitely would not recommend using her to anyone.

β β β β β I cannot recommend Zahra enough. She is thorough, responsive, and detail oriented. I have sent her many clients and receive such high praise. Zahra recently assisted me with my own purchase and I needed to share my experience: My clients were not exaggerating when they said how amazing she is! I cannot emphasize enough that Zahra makes the process so easy and takes care of all details. She is honest and upfront and accurate with respect to her fee. She explains the process thoroughly so that there is no confusion when it comes to paying out fees, penalties or disbursements. She even makes herself available to answer questions and is accommodating with her time and her client's schedule to meet.
Zahra truly is one of a kind.

β β β β β Ozge at Boundary Notaries did a fantastic job for the sale and purchase of our new properties. Everything very straight forward and very reasonably priced. In our case no need for a lawyer so why pay the higher fees. Ozge was very informative, experienced and a pleasure to work with.

β β β β β Ozge was awesome for my mortgage refinance! Easy to deal with, responsive, prompt and forthcoming with all costs, she made the process easy and comfortable. Small details, but it's nice when your notary knows ahead what ID TD bank will want, and how long Vancity would hold a money transfer before release.
