β β β β β Super easy and quick to process your bottles here. Lots of parking just load your large cart take it up the ramp they count everything for you and give you a slip for payment and you are out of there. I had 1600 cans and bottles and was out of there in about 20 minutes. That was great

β β β β β I just moved here and found this location great if you dont mind driving a bit further.. i didnt have alot so i got through quickly and thats because its organized. They have these huge metsl carts,.yes you have to orgaized your own bottles too. Definitely will be back.

β β β β β Favorite location in Victoria due to the fact that it is the cleanest facility with the largest parking lot area. Since the pandemic, the line up has increased but the wait time is much better than the other two locations in the city. Been coming to this location for well over a decade.

β β β β β Seemless and easy to return cans and bottles here. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about how to separate product and are quick at getting you on your way. Also has a nice and big parking lot.

β β β β β On many occasions the staff mis counted, sometimes it's only been 20 cents, other times it's been 1-2 dollars it's not about the money it's the principal of it, and on more than once staff has argued with me saying that I'm wrong, I'm sorry I'm 51 years old I do know how to count, I count them at home and again at the depot, so my recommendation is if you use this Bottle Depot, count your returns and make sure that they count them properly, so you get your full refund

β β β β β Watch out for theft! Some customer stole a full bag from right beside my truck when my back was turned. How brazen!! Luck for them I didn't fund them cause there would bottle rage happening, lucky for them they took and left.
