★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there. They sell dead plants. they do not care at all. I've been there several time now and it's always very, very poor quality. You'll pay the market price though! Mealybugs, aphids, thrips, dead leaf just lying around. Every plant I bought there had root rot or mildew or some sort of affliction. Got to Rona. Go to Lauzon if you can. Dont go to Cloutier. The word is the owners specifically tell their employees not to care for the plant and sell them full price until they are dead dead. Highly stressing this: do not shop there. They want your money, and they are NOT plant lovers. Hopefully, they will sell the business to someone who does one day but for now, I prefer to do half an hour or more drive and get the quality AND give money to passionate people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety of indoor plants, but the store has really fallen in quality. The merchandise is coated with dust and cobwebs, alot of the plants were unhealthy and dying, the whole place is just poorly maintained. Its also alarmingly cold for a gardening store, i was in a winter coat with a hat and gloves and i was still cold, which is insane considering they have cages full of live birds in the coldest part of the store. It’s heartbreaking to see these poor birds freezing all winter, and the staff is completely obliviant about it. I was really disappointed with the experience, tho i still wanna come back this summer, hopefully then theyll be better.
But overall, i recommend taking the time to go to Emery instead, they have far superior staff and management, who take good care of their pet parrot and plants, as well as providing a high quality experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for plants! The team always knows their stuff and you can even bring your adventures cats as long as their on leash. The prices are great and they have a wonderful selection of plants and ecological product you can refill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality plants for a plant store, turn the heat on a little bit guys, it's dead of winter!! Rona has a much better selection down the road. Why even be open year round if you won't take any care of the plants, it's a shame because it's a good location and they have a nice setup. Hopefully they sell the business some day someone with true passion buys it
