A few items left to fix but it seems they are trying to work on the few remaining issues .
Maybe a 5 star is just around the corner.
Covid-19: The management did a super job so far to prevent the propagation of the virus.
Not easy for everyone but essencial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother has been there almost a year and the staff, facilities, and services are all first rate. Everyone I've crossed paths with, both staff and residents, is very friendly. They also have frequent activities for which participation is free. And regular organized activities, which may involve small fees depending on the destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't send your loved ones there if they need care!!! It was a nightmare!!!
My mother was verbally and emotionally abused, she was severely neglected, was left in her soiled garments for over an hour several times and was left on the toilet for over an hour and a half many times. She's 85 years old!!! She went there with a broken ankle and a prolapse colon, expecting to be rehabilitated so she could go home but no physical therapist went. They transferred her pharmaceutical file to their private pharmacy without her consent. I could go on but you get the point. The staff was rude and disrespectful. We finally were able to transfer her out of this aweful place where she was in fear for her well being. I'm posting this so that no one else has to go through what my Mom went through.
