★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the cactus dip tonight (Dec 10, 2021) and was disappointed. Most pieces was burnt and hard. Look like they cooked it and tossed a bunch together and call it a day. Didn't bother telling them about it because it would probably be the same or worst if replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family came here on Valentine’s Day, which was fairly busy, but never once did they have to complain about slowness or quality of food. Brian was their server and they absolutely loved him. Phenomenal at what he does. He brought them waters to start, completely unprompted, and made them feel very comfortable. Overall it was an incredible experience for them despite it being one of the more busy times of the year. Glad they had one of the best servers the restaurant has to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in the area for a ball tournament and the whole team plus parents and siblings came in as a large group (approximately 30 of us). Brian was our server and he was absolutely amazing. Quick, organized, helpful, pleasant, and accurate. Our whole team commented how this was the best team experience we had ever had … and if your kids play sports, you know how many team meals you’ve been through! Right from our drink orders to the sundaes brought out for the ball team and young siblings, everything was bang on. Super impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant surprise to find out that BP’s had taken over the old Chili’s spot! It was a scorching hot day, we were exhausted from running errands in the area all morning, and we just wanted a quiet place to sit down for a quick bite. We sat upstairs in the lounge area; it was cool, clean, & very spacious. I had the pepperoni pizza and decided to try it with a cauliflower crust – still very good, but nothing beats the original BP’s pizza crust! I also ordered the Twisted Tea Long Island Fishbowl which was tasty, refreshing, and not too sweet…I will be ordering that again. My partner had the Boston Brute with Spicy Cactus Cut Chips on the side. I had a few bites, and it was just pure heaven! Fast friendly service and always dependable food & drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get a heart shaped pizza every year from Boston Pizza. This is what I got this year. Half my pizza is crust. There are barely any toppings. I’m pretty sure my chicken didn’t even have hot sauce on it. This was 33$ before delivery. 33$!! This is honestly the saddest pizza I have ever received from anywhere. Reached out to express my disappointment, still waiting for a response…
Update: Have now filled out the survey they told me to fill out twice with no response yet.
What kind of customer service is this? It’s been 10 days and no reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined here last night and had a pretty bad experience. The service is lacking and unprofessional. If you want a side of attitude to go with your meal, come to this location. I’ve never had a single issue at any other Boston pizza, this was our first time coming to this location. Our server brought out dirty glasses and side plates and when asked for new ones, she was not thrilled to go get it for us. Nor did she want to get us straws for our waters or extra parm/chilli flakes because she only brought out 2 half filled containers for 7 people… She wrote down all of our orders but messed up 2/3 entrees. When she brought out my pasta, the garlic bread was not the right one, she reached into the pasta bowl with her bare hand and grabbed the bread to bring into the kitchen. Like what….. unsanitary. She was rude and had attitude from the jump. On a better note, the manager, came out and apologized and he ended up serving us. He was much better and resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. 1 star to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and great service. Our server Brian made the best Caesar I’ve ever had. I always get them extra spicy and this one was perfectly made. It was flavourful but with a nice kick. I tried their new “honey dill chicken sandwich” and it was tasty. I’d definitely order it again
