The girl that took my order and the young man who delivered our food were both so friendly and polite! Our food arrived promptly, hot, perfectly done and DELICIOUS! Best BP experience in the last 5 years! Thank you ???

J	J I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is bad. We ordered the Bostom sized burger and Royal Signature Pizza and both were served cold. All the pizzas coming out to customers (including ours) had at least 3 inches of bare crust on the edge. The shrimps thrown on our pizza were dried out and rubbery and the pizza crust was limp, stale, and very, very sugary. The meat patties in the burger had a pressed meat sludge texture with blobs of loose slime. The bun was coated with a layer of oil which made it shine and greasy on top of being slimey. If you want a better exerperience for way less money, go buy frozen dinners at a grocery store and reheat them at home. Michelina's Frozen Entrees and Dr. Oetker frozen pizza is much, much beter than what Boston Pizza serves here. I don't know why BP is always so busy, looking at other tables is like watching giant flies eating what flies like to eat. The fact that the food is so bad and that people still flock here to eat is a black eye for Terrace. The workers are young and seem like they work really hard, but I suspect that there is very high turnover and little training provided. I will never come back unless it's to drink alcohol or someone else is buying and I don't have a say.

I would like too see more soups if possible. Just a wish I guess. It was awesome food. I miss salt and pepper being on table. Covid times. Waitress was present for first 15 minutes. After that she kinds drifted to other patrons not that she's neglecting us. Just she had a job too do and she cannot please everyone. Good job too the cooks and waitresses otherwise. Good service every time we walk through the doors. I love the scenes, the covid windows. Always good to see. I have yet to try the bolognese as I love meat. I ain't no vegetarian but I do love my veggies I'm my plates. I hate cilantro ( I'm the one percent) Wife had little spaghetti sauce. Waitress topped her off with extra sauce making her meal satiable and memorable as it was a date. I give 4 stars for effort and good food. We would have ordered a dessert as well but we felt unnoticed by staff by the end of the meal. Will stop in again Boston Pizza.
T	Trent Larson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the perogy pizza here! Big portions for salads and entrees, so consider sharing if you expect a portion for one. Great food and casual setting. It does seem to be higher priced than other pizza places. The desserts are great!

I think the chicken should be in bigger pieces but other than that the food was great. The staff were the best experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant in forever. They were so kind and caring.
