F	Fran Wanner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Boston Pizza on Ellerslie, 2 hostesses at the counter told us they couldn't sit us for 30 minutes or more even though the restaurant was half empty. I asked could we be seated and get drinks to start like water. Told no as our servers are too busy to serve you. I've worked in the hospitality industry for many years. This not very good business practice when the hostesses could have sat us, gave us our menus to look at, but they weren't interested in doing this. Not impressed. We were there on Thursday the 14th restaurant was very busy and minimal staff and there were 9 of us not 4 like tonight and we had no problem being seated right away.
S	Sam Carlyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great overall! Came with my girlfriend for some dinner on a night out. Great food and very friendly service from our helpful server Brooklyn! We will definitely be returning to this location again, I 100% recommend.

There were no less than 4 groups of large tables with lots of noise, to the point where we at our table of four had to repeat ourselves to be heard. At times it was like trying to have a conversation in a nightclub.

Even though the restaurant was out of a few items, you made up for it with quick and friendly service and went out of your way to make sure the girls were happy. Thanks for contributing to my daughters special birthday trip!

Beer is cold & fabulous, pizza was cooked correct, good quality & amount of toppings. The room is clean, renovated, spacious, nice. Only bad, all TV's same channel, bad show - yuck. Thank you.

What was also really get is that she has a special friend that always gets to be and go where she does and they didn’t say anything bad about it her having her companion service dog with her they saw the dog and never said anything. I applaud and appreciate that they were so very accommodating. Thank you staff for all your kindness

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the lovely Brooklyn who so happened to be my family and I’s server. Her service was extremely professional and fast. I was impressed. The restaurant was clean, the service was AMAZING and the food (cactus cut nachos especially) hit the spot. Definitely recommend!!! 11/10 experience.

Talk about a friendly woman as she was cordial, polite and her service was top notch. She kept coming back to che k on me and to refill my water. I felt really attended too and felt like my business was wanted. Her name was Ashley and she did an excellent job. Excellent pizza and food but the waitresses in the bar are not too friendly. The food makes up for the waitresses though. The best pizza in the city.
