Our order was taken right away and people who came after us were leaving. But we kept waiting. While asking the server at the front about our food order, she said we forgot to make it. No apologies from the server for waiting for that long. Two girls were just standing and talking to each other and said that they forgot to make our food order. Ridiculous service. This is not the first time that this has happened, Never going to this place again in future. Worst customer service with long wait times!
n	nithin shetty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place for the first time. Would never recommend to anyone. We ordered biryani from their kitchen and were told would be ready by 10minutes. We were made to wait more than 30mins but still our order was not ready. They were attending to all other guests. We reminded them several times of our order but it seemed like they had more important orders than ours. And when our order was ready the lady at the counter did not have the courtesy to even give it to us. She started attending to another customer and it seemed like she was intentionally making us wait. Didn’t seem like they were serious about their business. Their staff lacked motivation and was the worst example of customer service.

N	Naz A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge Indian supermarket has opened up on Parsons road. They carry a HUGE variety of Indian snacks, pickles, masalas, and spices. Check out their fresh display of Indian sweets, snacks and ready to eat meals. I ordered dhokla, samosas and indian sweets. The samosa pastry was undercooked but the filling was flavorful. The dhokla was awful unfortunately. It was dry instead of spongy and did not have the spicy and sour taste one would expect. The sweets were really good and fresh. Somw had too much rose water. My favorite was the mango barfi. Am happy to have such a big Indian market in the city to frequent.

Friendly customer service as well Owner operator is also Friendly and reliable. For sweets, please check or test it before purchasingas sometimes its not fresh.
