As a tired, stressed-out new puppy owner, he gave us so much of his time and justified opinion that you simply don’t get in other places, unless you pay for it. Top Boi!
W	Will Bolt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers are always pleasant and helpful when I go there. There's also a nice selection of things for cats and dogs alike. Even when something is out, they're able to either let me know when a shipment is coming or if I need to order something special they can do that as well. They have a little program where you can get a free bag of food - it used to be buy 10 get 1 free but they upped it to buy 12. Still nice to have a little incentive though.

Upon trying to return the item, i was very rudely told i could have store credit only. The clerk was a really petty person and seemed dis-interested in his job and was just looking for ways to exert the very little power he had.

The food (Acana) did not agree with my dog after trying to blend it with his current food. When returning it (same clerk) I was told I was out of luck without a receipt. Left the food there told him to donate it to someone…why management would do that to a 100 dollar monthly sale is beyond me.

Feel like an outsider...not worth the few points I could earn. Discrimination when the small perches add up might help pay your light and heat bill.lol

This was no problem and I was told I’d receive a call once the order arrived. I ended up calling around 10 days later- the order wasn’t in. Weeks past and I gave up as continuously buying smaller bags for 2 dogs was becoming expensive. Instead I ordered from Pet Pantry and my order was at my door within two days. Despite this- Bosleys has other good variety of dog foods but my dogs are fussy and I wasn’t willing to change up their diet… nonetheless I bought some good treats and toys from there. If they have what you’re looking for readily available in stock then you’re fine but wouldn’t recommend trying to order from them.
M	Mark Woodley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our youngest just moved to Vancouver and needed a specific cat food for a friend's cat that he's minding for an extended period of time, but he has no vehicle with him, Angel at Bosley's at 3405 W Broadway facilitated the purchase and was willing to set up delivery in a timely manner. When you're new to a new city it's nice to know helpful people are there to help. Thanks, Angel!
