J	Jessica Poon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christina C. and a co-worker of hers (sorry, didn't remember the name!) were both VERY helpful and sweet to my eleven-week-old Aussie puppaloo. At one point, Christina was doing transactions while nonchalantly carrying my fur baby! Great product knowledge for both staff members (helped me choose a suitable harness, enzymatic cleaner, and food puzzle) and helpful tips (put peanut butter on a wooden spoon during walks for an easily distracted dog!). I was assisted every step of the way with cheeriness. These people rock!

S	Sebastián Delgado Sánchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was supposed to get a free bag of food after buying 12 or 13 and when I asked how far was I from the free one they told me I only have purchased 3 when I definitely had around 11 purchased. When said it was impossible they only told me it was what the system said. Afterwards they told me there's an expiration for those. And they never care to say that before in my whole year and a half that I have been buying from them. Really disappointed.
J	Jan Maudlin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pets stores in vancouver are basically the same inventory and price-wise. bosleys sells my brand of cat food for slightly less than other pets stores in the neighborhood which is why i initially started shopping here. Their staff, on the other hand, really stand out as the absolute best, which is why this place is now my go-to. Staff are always very friendly, and instead of acting like pushy, judgemental, condescending know-it-alls like staff at many pet stores, are completely approachable and give ad much or as little assistance as needed. I recently forgot my wallet here, and staff quickly found it, tracked me down and called me to let me know they had it. When i came to pick it up, i was very pleasantly shocked to find all the cash that had been in the wallet still there! (if you've ever lost a wallet and had it returned to you, you may know how uncommon that is) The honest, kind, and non-intimidating staff that I've dealt with on every visit here is what makes this pet shop really stand above others in the area. Very strongly recommend if you get sick of the aloof or judgemental attitudes, advice, and upselling that are common at most east van pet shops.

A	Ash Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad handed a paper with the items we wanted on it to the front desk lady (Erin) and she gave us totally different items! they were all scientific and not organic, and my cats got sick from the food as a result and we had to return it, please make sure you hire staff with knowledge on animals! this store has really lost all of its glory.

I do wish they had more selection for chicken flavored soft treats as my picky dogs only like chicken but one of them has some missing molars and I can't give him hard crunchy treats anymore as he gets older. Also some more chicken flavored joint support soft chews would be great. I don't know my my dogs hate everything but chicken. Not a knock on the store. The store is great.

They have been absolutely phenomenal with my shy reactive pup, and knew exactly how to approach him. Now he makes a beeline into their arms for pets/cuddles every time we enter! Thanks everyone for making my Landon feel so safe and welcome every time we walk in, we will definitely be shopping here more now! :)
