★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! My dog is very nervous and staff was very friendly towards her, she loves going to play with her friends. Staff always sends me pictures through the day of her if they have time. Grooming was amazing as well my pup hates water and is hard to handle but she always comes back looking better than ever and beyond happy ?

My dog had ticks after coming here
Staff aren't welcoming
They leave the dogs overnight after 7pm
They expect tips of 15% to 20%
My dog was so thirsty after we picked him up. He may not have gotten clean water

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cooper had the best time ! We definitely recomend for the over night care. They were knowledgeable and so sweet to him. I called a few times worried but they didnt mind. Kept me in the loop.Will be usuing again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair experience with the resort. Friendly staff, large property, good prices and schedule for the dogs. I think (can’t confirm) the dogs stay in kennels in the barn-looking area, so my one negative point is that my dog always comes back smelling like she’s been rolling around in the dirt and hay lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give the girls who work here more than 5 stars... Ive been working more than usual and this doggy daycare that my dog has been going to for almost a year now has helped keep my dog happy, healthy and not lacking attention while I work . Very affordable and my dog gets excited to go everytime I bring her. The ladies love her so much and I know my dog is going to a safe place to have fun every time I drop her off. Boondocks is for sure one of a kind , I believe it has alot to do with their caring staff ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a wonderful group of people. I was in a bind and they boarded my dog right away. He was with them for a week. I have never seen my dog so happy. He was taken care of really well. I would greatly recommend anyone who needs to board your dog this is the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with the service offered here. It was my first time dropping off Milo at Boondocks and they made sure he ate all his food and gave him all the love so he wouldn't miss me for the night. Service was quick and efficient. Definitely will be back when I'm visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to check out the place as my family plans on going on vacation. The two receptionists were extremely ignorant. My mother was asking questions just to verify what we were informed on the phone and saw on the website and they responded very harshly and spoke down to us. Didn’t even let my dog stay for daycare because I was just astounded by how rude they were to us, let alone how rude they possibly could be to animals behind closed doors. I think the redhead and her brown haired friend with glasses need to take a class in professionalism and mannerisms. I’m just completely in shock, do not recommend.
