★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Raspberry vanilla cake for a birthday party. It was perfectly delicious, came in a beautiful box and just like its pictures in their website.
The cake was in three thick layers. The filling and frosting was so delicious and high quality. The taste was awesome. It wasn't too sugary which is why I am interested in this pastry shop. The cake had a Balanced taste.
Orders should be put through 48 hours before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in here a couple times and both experiences have been pretty mediocre. The staff seem disinterested in their job and in providing friendly service. The cupcakes are decent enough (the one I had in their Queen location was better, even though they were the same flavour). The Nanaimo bar I just finished though was genuinely bad... the base was so dry and barely had any coconut in it. I feel bad leaving a negative review but I think there are are better bakeries in the area that appreciate the business more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the first time this place following a friend suggestion, to try their hot chocolate but it looks like they don't make it anymore. So ended up ordering a croissant and a cappuccino. The croissant didn't seem to be fresh (maybe it was from the day before). Cappuccino was ok although I prefer the real creamy one and not when they just add the foam on top.
The place itself is very cute, cozy and original!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved the service. Lulu was great! she helped accommodate a last minute request and went out of the way to have the order prepared and delivered within 24 hours. My mother loved the carrot cake. Definitely not looking anywhere else for all future orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had such a great experience with this bakery! It is just beautiful and so are their baked goods. I’ve tried their cupcakes twice and they were great both times, so I decided to get my birthday cake from here also. It was stunning and delicious. I got so many compliments on it. Their raspberry buttercream is amazing! Can’t wait to go back for more.

Would recommend for some coffee and chat time with your friend (small groups of 2-3 people)- additional feedback: ordered a birthday cake, the vanilla sprinkles, to be honest I’m a bit disappointed it was not spongy at all, it was so stiff… the chocolate one I tried in the store was fresh, but not this one that I ordered a head for my birthday- had to take one star back :( sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming here for a break. The staff are so friendly, and the cafe is clean and cozy. Great selection of deserts to satisfy any sweet tooth. Good selection of coffees and organic teas. Today I had a red velvet cupcake and a chilled bottle of mineral water. I definitely recommend this cafe.
