Gryfe's bagels are the best for topping with locks and/or cream cheese because they have a soft middle, crunchy exterior and are light and small. So good fresh or heated from frozen. New York bagels are usually bigger than these, but you can eat 2 Gryfe's bagels instead! I'm a huge fan of Montreal Style bagels too, but don't sleep on the classic Gryfe's.

So good my mother mails me these to BC because nothing else I have ever tried compares. For the last 30 years I've been going pretty much weekly and I hope they remain long after the corporations screw up Bathurst St.
A	Ariel Vinizki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a distinct bagel, much smaller and softer than a New York style. Personally, I'm a huge fan. Their everything bagels are my favorites. The pizza bagels are also surprisingly great! Make sure you bring cash.
